Does my recipient pick the coffee, or do I?
They do. You're choosing the number of shipments; they choose which blend, from our full blend lineup. That's on purpose: it's their coffee to enjoy, not yours to guess at.
What if they don't drink whole bean at home, or want it more/less often?
Their first shipment is whole bean, every 4 weeks. That's just the starting point, so redemption itself stays simple. Once they've claimed the gift, it's their subscription: they can switch to ground or change how often it ships anytime from their own account.
