What are the benefits of subscribing?

When will my subscription order ship?
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on Monday through Thursday are processed the same day and roasted the following day.
- Orders placed between 1:00 PM PST on Thursday and 1:00 PM PST Saturday are processed on Sunday and roasted on Monday.
- Orders placed between 1:00 PM PST Saturday and 1:00 PM PST Monday are processed on Monday and roasted on Tuesday.
How fresh is the coffee?
We roast to order — your coffee is roasted within 48 hours of shipping and arrives at peak freshness.
How do I cancel or modify my subscription?

How many cups of coffee are in one bag?
Using the recipe that we use in our cafes, each 11oz bag makes around 16 cups of coffee: just the right amount for one person to use in two weeks or for a pair of coffee drinkers to enjoy in a week.
Each 2 pound bag makes around 45 cups of coffee - just the right amount for one person to use in three weeks for two people.
Each 5 pound bag makes around 112 cups of coffee - just the right amount for one person to use in eight weeks for two people.
Will I be notified before my next order is processed?
Yes, you’ll receive an email reminder three days before your next order is processed, giving you time to make any changes if needed.
Is there a commitment when I subscribe?
No commitment required. You can skip, change, or cancel your subscription anytime, right from your account. We keep it flexible, so your coffee fits your routine, not the other way around.
