Most of what you see at 11th Hour Coffee, the labels on the bags, the merch on the rack, the countertops of both cafes, we made ourselves. Not because we had to. Because it keeps us close to what we're making and why.

The clothing you find at both cafes go through our own screens. We control the ink, the placement, and the feel.

Every bag is designed here

The labels on our blends and single origins aren't handed off to an agency. We design them ourselves — which means every iteration is a conversation inside the team about what the coffee actually is and what that should look like.

  • Updated with each new release

Construction & design

We built both spaces ourselves

The Downtown cafe on Center Street and the Westside roastery-cafe on Ingalls were built by the 11th Hour team. We sourced materials, made decisions about the space, and put in the work — the same way we approach everything else.
