Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 2–5 business days. Roast-to-order products may require additional time. We will communicate estimated processing times at checkout and via order confirmation email. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Carriers and Costs

We ship via USPS, UPS, and other carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Free shipping thresholds, when offered, are applied to the merchandise subtotal before tax.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment. If you do not wish to have the order reshipped, we will issue store credit minus the original shipping cost.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
