How long does this coffee stay fresh?
We roast to order. Once your bag arrives, store it in a cool, dry place, sealed in its original bag or an airtight container. Coffee peaks in the first 2–3 weeks after roasting—that's when acidity is clearest and flavors are brightest. The roast date is printed on your bag, so you know exactly what you're working with.

When will my order ship?
- Monday through Friday: Orders placed before 10 am PST will be roasted and shipped that same day. Orders placed after 10 am PST will be roasted and shipped on the following business day.
- Saturday & Sunday: Orders placed during these days will be roasted and shipped on the following Monday.
How often do the coffees change in this subscription?
The coffees included in our Roaster's Choice subscriptions change every Friday.
How do I cancel or modify my subscription?
How many cups of coffee are in one bag?
Using the recipe that we use in our cafes, each 11oz bag makes around 16 cups of coffee: just the right amount for one person to use in two weeks or for a pair of coffee drinkers to enjoy in a week.
Each 2 pound bag makes around 45 cups of coffee - just the right amount for one person to use in three weeks for two people.
Each 5 pound bag makes around 112 cups of coffee - just the right amount for one person to use in eight weeks for two people.
Will I be notified before my next order is processed?
Yes, you’ll receive an email reminder three days before your next order is processed, giving you time to make any changes if needed.
Is there a commitment when I subscribe?
No commitment required. You can skip, change, or cancel your subscription anytime, right from your account. We keep it flexible, so your coffee fits your routine, not the other way around.
